A contemporary villa study defined by interlocking volumes, deep facade frames and a courtyard animated by cascading water. A generous entrance sequence, recessed glazing and upper-level balconies connect the architecture to its landscaped setting.

Architectural approach
The design balances a strong central entrance volume with framed wings on either side. Full-height openings and recessed balconies give the elevations depth, allowing the building to read as a sequence of solid planes and open edges.
Arrival and outdoor space
Broad entrance steps and a curved forecourt establish a gradual approach to the residence. The enclosed water courtyard introduces a quieter outdoor setting, with repeated vertical elements creating both enclosure and visual connections beyond.
Light and spatial character
Large glazed openings visually connect interior spaces with the garden. Integrated lighting defines facade recesses, highlights the vertical courtyard structure and makes changes in level legible after dusk.
